FFA typically affects the hairline, causing gradual recession.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Central Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia (CCCA):<\/strong><br \/>\nUsually begins at the crown and spreads outward, leading to scarring and follicle damage.
